Marie Rosencrantz founded Rosencrantz & Co in 2009 to serve clients in financial services, corporations and the public and charitable sectors. Since then, Rosencrantz & Co has completed multiple successful client engagements and currently works for clients in development finance and sustainable investment management.
Rosencrantz & Co has its headquarters in London, with an incorporated limited company in the United Kingdom (Rosencrantz & Co Ltd). The firm has a subsidiary in Stockholm (Rosencrantz & Co AB). Rosencrantz & Co is setting up a subsidiary in Hong Kong.

Rosencrantz & Co has developed a Toolkit on ESG for Fund Managers for CDC Group plc, the UK development finance institution, and the fund managers that invests its capital. The publication provides practical tools and guidance for investors to integrate management of environmental, social and governance matters into the investment process, with a particular focus on private equity investments.
