Johanna von Bahr (Stockholm) is a Ph.D. candidate at the department of political science of Stockholm University. Her research focuses on how the European Union works to promote children’s rights in its external policy. Johanna has a master's degree in public health from the Karolinska Institute, where she has taught various courses. Johanna speaks German, Italian, English and Swedish.

Johanna von Bahr previously worked for AIDS Accountability International, a NGO based in Sweden and South Africa, where she lead an initiative to strengthen workplace AIDS programs in the countries and sectors most affected by the disease. Johanna's work involved the development of company rankings and was carried out in collaboration with the International Labour Organization, the Global Business Coalition on Health and the International Council of Swedish Industry.

Johanna von Bahr works with Rosencrantz & Co on a part-time basis for selected client assignments. Johanna was the co-author of a guidance note on HIV/AIDS for investors and businesses in emerging markets, which Rosencrantz & Co and AIDS Accountability International developed for the UK development finance institution CDC and the fund managers that invest CDC's capital.
